Swimming Etiquette

If a swimmer behind is catching up, when we get to the end of the lane, we need to stop and let them pass. It’s poor etiquette to try and speed up as this might slow down a fast swimmer. This could be likened to speeding up when a vehicle behind us is attempting to pass.

Chewing Gum

While, I’ve heard that chewing gum helps clean our teeth when we don’t have a toothbrush on hand, and freshens our breath, and also helps us focus and be more productive at work, I have a difficult time making a case for the good-old-chewing-gum, thanks to my upbringing.
